Add a Unique Account Email Address during Enrollment

In NextGen Enterprise Patient Portal, you can associate a unique email address with your account. This is to prevent associating multiple accounts with the same email address. It also provides you with a secure way to reset password or recover your account with minimal support. It is recommended that you add an account email address and verify that email address.

Note: You can view your unique account email address in your home page > Settings > Account Settings > Account Email. You can set your unique account email address as preferred notification email method. In future, you can update your account email address, if required.
